Dallas personal injury attorney Jessica Davis studied at Southern Methodist University for her undergraduate degree in Political Science and earned her Juris Doctorate at the University of Oklahoma in 2003. During her collegiate years, Jessica worked with the Tarrant County District Attorney’s office as well as with the United States Treasury Department and Congress in Washington, D.C. In her spare time, she enjoyed golfing for her school’s athletic program and raising money for the Service for Sight foundation.

As a Dallas personal injury attorney with 20 years of experience, Jessica has practiced in multiple different avenues of the law, though her specialty is personal injury. When she started her career, she worked as an attorney in debt collection until she found her passion for personal injury law. She realized how much she was able to help so many people after they had suffered such devastating losses. She is also drawn to helping clients at daycares since her two children have been in daycares since they were each 9 months old. Making sure our clients know that we understand how hard it is to trust in someone else looking after your child every day is very important to us.

She prides herself on being easy to talk to while aggressively pursuing her clients’ best interest in and out of the courtroom. Jessica is fiercely dedicated to fighting for justice and never stops expanding her knowledge of the field. She is licensed to practice before all Texas state courts, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Northern District of Texas.

When she’s not at the office, she loves spending time with her friends and family, including her husband, and two daughters, who are both in elementary school and are fluent in Spanish. In recent years, she’s become a dance mom, which she wasn’t expecting but is loving! When the weather is nice, they love going to Lake Lewisville, usually boating, and spending the day out on the water.
